Visit Hot Springs will host a free fireworks show on Lake Hamilton this Sunday to celebrate Labor Day with music and lights

Hot Springs, Arkansas – Residents and visitors are invited to enjoy a spectacular fireworks display this weekend as Visit Hot Springs hosts a free celebration in honor of Labor Day. The show is scheduled to light up the night sky on Sunday, August 31, at dark, promising a dazzling finale to the holiday weekend.

The fireworks will be launched on the east side of Highway 7, directly across from the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel at the first Highway 7 bridge. Attendees can enjoy prime viewing from several locations along Lake Hamilton, creating an opportunity for families, friends, and visitors to gather and celebrate together.

The display will be synchronized with music broadcast on radio station 97.5 FM US97 Country, allowing viewers to enjoy a fully immersive experience from the comfort of their boats, docks, or shoreline seats. This combination of pyrotechnics and music is designed to provide an entertaining and memorable evening for everyone in attendance.

“If it rains on Sunday, officials said fireworks will be fired on Labor Day,” the organizers noted, ensuring that the show will go on despite potential weather interruptions. This flexibility gives visitors confidence that they won’t miss the event due to unexpected rain.

Visit Hot Springs has established a tradition of celebrating national holidays with fireworks, hosting displays on Memorial Day, the Fourth of July, and now Labor Day. These events are designed to bring the community together and highlight the scenic beauty of Lake Hamilton while providing a free, family-friendly way to celebrate the holiday.

Organizers encourage attendees to arrive early to secure a good viewing spot and to follow safety guidelines while enjoying the festivities. Whether on shore or on the water, the Labor Day fireworks show promises to be a festive, colorful event that brings the Hot Springs community together in celebration of the holiday.
