Little Rock, Arkansas – Law enforcement officials are actively searching for a 1-year-old boy who was reported missing Tuesday morning in Little Rock, sparking concern across the community.
According to the Arkansas State Police, the missing child, identified as Atom Wilson, was last seen around 10 a.m. on Tuesday, June 24. Authorities say the toddler was spotted at Park Plaza Mall, located at 6000 West Markham Street.
Officials released a detailed description of Atom in an effort to assist the public. He is approximately 31 inches tall, weighs about 30 pounds, and was last seen wearing a blue and white shirt, blue jeans, and shoes decorated with a Disney character.
Police believe Atom may be in the company of his mother, Kendoyln Wilson, and they are urging the public to stay alert. According to Arkansas State Police, Kendoyln might be traveling in a gray 2025 Kia K5 and could be headed toward Alabama or Georgia.
“Anyone who has information on Atom’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Little Rock Police Department at 501-371-4829,” authorities stated.
While no official Amber Alert has been issued as of this time, the circumstances of the disappearance have prompted a multi-state watch effort. Officers in neighboring regions have been notified, and law enforcement is monitoring highways and rest areas for the vehicle in question.
