Bryant, Arkansas – A new fitness concept has officially made its debut in central Arkansas, as the first Bounce Bungee fitness center opens its doors in Bryant, drawing strong early interest from the local community.
The facility is owned by Amanda Lamb, a Hot Springs native who says the journey to opening her own studio has been shaped by years of personal struggle, discipline, and a growing passion for health and movement. After opening just three weeks ago, the center has already seen a surge in participation, with nearly 300 people signing up for classes in a short period of time.
Lamb’s path into the fitness world began roughly 20 years ago when she started to seriously focus on improving her health. Over time, she expanded her interest in wellness while in college, taking on dance and experimenting with different forms of exercise that helped her build both confidence and consistency.
That early commitment eventually led her to become a certified nutritionist and a wellness coach, and later, a certified Bounce Bungee instructor. The combination of those roles now shapes the foundation of her new fitness center, which focuses on combining movement, fun, and low-impact training designed to engage people of different fitness levels.
Unlike traditional gym environments, Bounce Bungee workouts use harness-based resistance systems that allow participants to move with reduced impact on joints while still getting a full-body workout. The approach is especially appealing to people looking for something different from standard fitness routines.
Lamb says the early response from the community has exceeded expectations and has reinforced her decision to bring the concept to central Arkansas. The strong turnout in the opening weeks reflects growing curiosity about alternative fitness programs that emphasize both physical health and enjoyment.
“These last three weeks have been so amazing. I’ve had 326 ladies sign up and it’s just so nice to receive this overabundance of support from the community,” Lamb said.
She emphasized that her goal is not only to help people improve their physical fitness but also to build confidence through movement. By introducing Bounce Bungee classes to the region, she hopes to make exercise feel more accessible and less intimidating for newcomers.
As the studio continues to grow, Lamb plans to expand class offerings and reach even more participants across central Arkansas. For now, the early success suggests a strong local interest in innovative fitness experiences that go beyond traditional workouts and offer something more dynamic and engaging.
