More than 40 Arkansans celebrate big wins after Cash 4 lottery drawings following Memorial Day

Little Rock, Arkansas – Dozens of Arkansas residents are celebrating this week after landing major wins in the state’s Cash 4 lottery game. Following the Memorial Day weekend, over 40 players across the state claimed prizes of $2,500 or more, making it one of the most rewarding periods for the game in recent memory.

One particularly fortunate winner turned a small gamble into a major payday. By purchasing five individual $1 tickets, all featuring the same number combination, the player secured five separate top prizes of $5,000—walking away with an eye-popping $25,000 total. Another lucky Arkansan matched the right numbers to take home $10,000 from a single play.

“It’s always exciting to see the Claim Center overflowing with winners,” said Arkansas Scholarship Lottery Executive Director Sharon Strong. “Especially for games like Cash 4, where players could spend 50 cents or $1 and still win thousands in prizes.”

Cash 4 is a draw-style lottery game unique to Arkansas, where players pick a four-digit number and choose how much they want to wager. The payout depends on the wager amount and the type of play selected—straight, box, or a combination of both. Even a modest bet can bring in serious returns if the numbers align just right.

The latest round of winners has generated a wave of enthusiasm from regular players and newcomers alike. The Arkansas Scholarship Lottery, which oversees Cash 4, has continued to grow in popularity as it offers a variety of ways to play and win with relatively low entry costs.

Beyond the excitement of big wins, the lottery plays a bigger role in the state. Proceeds from lottery ticket sales help fund college scholarships for Arkansas students, meaning each play contributes to local education efforts.

With so many recent winners, it’s no surprise that Cash 4 has caught the attention of hopeful players looking to try their luck. As the winning streak continues, many Arkansans are holding onto their tickets a little tighter—just in case they’re next in line for a lucky break.
