Fordyce, Arkansas – Due to an uptick in absenteeism, Fordyce School District officials announced that the campus will be closed on Tuesday for sanitization.
To eradicate bacteria from the classrooms and buildings, a thorough cleaning is scheduled for Monday night, according to school district officials.
According to officials, teachers’ and pupils’ absences have increased.
According to the Arkansas Department’s most recent report, there is a lot of flu activity in the state. The report found that public schools had an average absenteeism rate of almost 10% for the week ending January 25.
On Wednesday, February 5, classes will resume.
