Conway, Arkansas – This Thanksgiving week, Eat it Up is located in the heart of downtown Conway, known for its colleges, at Faby’s!
This family-owned establishment has been delighting patrons with its mouthwatering Mexican and Italian dishes for almost twenty years. Gracie Reyes noted that the downtown site marks the second establishment for Faby’s in Conway.
“According to Reyes, the establishment began its journey in 2008 at a site on Dave Ward.” “Our goal was to establish a restaurant that proudly bears our name.” We aimed to avoid a conventional Mexican restaurant name since we also offered Italian cuisine. I am the eldest sister, but it is actually named after my sibling.
Faby regularly highlights its extensive menu on its Facebook page, urging everyone to visit frequently for updates.
Reyes strongly suggests that first-time visitors try the pasta, along with the “Faby’s Special”. This dish consists of chicken in a marsala sauce, accompanied by onions, mushrooms, shrimp, pasta, and a variety of vegetables.
“The menu features highly sought-after tacos made with homemade flour tortillas, offering options of chicken, beef, or steak.” “Let’s not forget about the rice, beans, and cheese dip that comes with it,” Reyes remarked.
Faby’s restaurant can be found in Conway at 1023 Front Street for anyone interested in visiting.
