The Purple Cow in Benton is set to open its doors to the public this Wednesday, bringing a new dining experience to the area

Benton, Arkansas – Benton is about to get a fresh new dining experience with the opening of The Purple Cow on Wednesday, May 14. Known for its inviting atmosphere and family-friendly vibes, the restaurant is making its debut in Saline County at 20220 I-30, occupying the former Red Robin location.

At a sprawling 6,000 square feet, this new venue will be the largest Purple Cow to date, designed to accommodate up to 200 guests. The spacious setting is sure to appeal to locals looking for a comfortable, fun place to enjoy a meal with family and friends. The restaurant is also hiring around 100 full-time and part-time staff, which speaks to the growing demand for dining options in the area.

Leslie Cotton, the director of operations for The Purple Cow, shared the excitement surrounding the grand opening. “The Purple Cow has always been a space where families and friends can create lasting memories,” Cotton said. “This new location allows us to serve even more guests while introducing new offerings tailored to the Saline County community.” The new spot promises to uphold the brand’s commitment to providing quality food and a welcoming environment for all ages.

In addition to its larger space, the Benton location will offer some exciting new features, including an expanded bar selection. The restaurant will now serve beers from Lost Forty Brewing, a local brewery that is being introduced to all Purple Cow locations. It’s a move designed to further enhance the dining experience, offering a diverse range of beverages to pair with the restaurant’s beloved menu.

Ken Vaughan, president of The Purple Cow, expressed his enthusiasm about joining the Benton community. “Our goal has always been to create a welcoming place for families to gather and enjoy a meal together,” Vaughan said. “We look forward to becoming a part of the Saline County community and continuing to serve the quality food and experience our guests expect.”

With its combination of ample space, a vibrant atmosphere, and expanded offerings, The Purple Cow in Benton is set to become a favorite spot for both locals and visitors. The grand opening marks the beginning of a new chapter for the restaurant chain, and it promises to deliver a memorable experience for diners in Saline County.
