Little Rock, Arkansas – The University of Arkansas in Little Rock reported that enrollment increased significantly for the spring 2025 semester.
The institution experienced the biggest percentage increase for a spring term in its history, according to university officials.
UA Little Rock reports that 317 new undergraduate students were enrolled, a 7% increase. With an extra 5,351 credit hours, university officials also reported a 10% rise in student semester credit hours.
The university reported an 8% increase in total semester credit hours and a 4% increase in overall enrollment when combining undergraduate and graduate data.
In comparison to the spring 2024 semester, UA Little Rock authorities reported a 22% rise in transfer students and a 38% increase in first-time freshmen.
