Little Rock, Arkansas – On Wednesday, as winter draws nearer, shoppers in Little Rock were making a mad dash to Kroger on Chenal in the hopes of finding the necessities.
There are those who are prepared for the snow.
Kay Livers stated, “As long as I don’t have to get out in it, I’m excited.”
Other customers are hopeful that the snow will hold off a little while longer.
Carl Clark stated, “I am actually flying back in the morning; hopefully, I am flying, but if not, I am with my wife.”
Clark is in town from Houston with his wife, and they are making the pit stop in case the flight doesn’t take off.
“She came in to get some eggs and oatmeal and a few other things in case she snowed in,” Clark explained.
Cars were swarming the parking lot in search of a space. Additionally, workers bring in buggies as they go outside, and most significantly, trucks bring in additional inventory to replenish the shelves as products fly off them.
Abbey Oluwa stated, “Water, milk, eggs, bread, and a couple of items that we probably won’t need.”
While other children merely desire for warmth, Oluwa is prepared to watch movies with them.
Livers remarked, “I really enjoy soup, and all I want is a fireplace, soup, and just being there with my husband and having a great time.”
