Hundreds of kids receive bikes for Christmas from Arkansas Stop the Violence

Little Rock, Arkansas – Benny Johnson of the Arkansas Stop the Violence organization has been giving motorcycles to families on Christmas Day for the past eighteen years.

This Christmas, Kashana Brewster, a mother of four, wants to get the kids outside.

Brewster stated, “I make every effort to keep my children away from electronic devices.” “And have them more so, like I was raised, playing outside.”

According to Johnson, he received assistance this year from the Peyton Lee Mitchell Foundation in order to help Brewster achieve his goal and provide a bike for the holiday to hundreds of other kids.

“This year, we exceeded 400 bikes once more,” Johnson stated. “During the past six years, we have been over 400.”

Families may enjoy the holiday with a little more Christmas spirit thanks to the program.

It’s invaluable. I adore it. “I love seeing my children happy and smiling,” Brewster remarked. “And I’m happy as long as they’re happy.”

Families who join the Arkansas Stop the Violence campaign will be eligible to win a bike next year.
