Peeples was arrested on November 18 following an investigation into an incident that reportedly occurred on November 9 during an examination of a 70-year-old patient. At the hearing, Peeples’ attorney requested a reduction in the bond, citing his long-standing presence in the community and his voluntary surrender after learning that a warrant had been issued for his arrest.
