Chuy’s expands its presence in Arkansas with the grand opening of its sixth location in Conway and a partnership with Deliver Hope to support local youth

Conway, Arkansas – Chuy’s, the beloved Tex-Mex restaurant known for its fresh, made-from-scratch dishes and vibrant atmosphere, is expanding its footprint in Arkansas with the opening of its sixth location in Conway on Tuesday, March 25. Located at 600 S. Amity Road, this new restaurant promises to bring the same high-energy dining experience and delicious flavors that have made Chuy’s a local favorite across the state.

The menu at Chuy’s Conway is packed with Tex-Mex classics made from high-quality, fresh ingredients. Guests can look forward to enjoying signature dishes like the Chicka-Chicka Boom-Boom Enchiladas, sizzling fajitas, and freshly made tortillas that are prepared daily. Chuy’s draws inspiration from a mix of flavors found in New Mexico, the Rio Grande Valley, South Texas, and of course, Austin, Texas, where the chain originally began. This fusion of flavors, combined with a fun, family-friendly atmosphere, makes for a memorable dining experience every time.

“We’re excited to welcome the Conway community to enjoy a one-of-a-kind dining experience with us and become their go-to spot for Tex-Mex,” said Tyler Gravestock, General Manager of Chuy’s Conway. “Beyond serving great food, we’re proud to start a partnership with a local organization, Deliver Hope, to support their mission to uplift and empower local youth.”

In addition to the signature menu offerings, Chuy’s Conway will feature happy hour specials from Monday to Friday, from 3–6 p.m. Guests can enjoy $5 Chips ‘n’ Dips and Chuy’s famous ‘ritas made with fresh-squeezed lime juice, making it an ideal spot for after-work gatherings or weekend hangouts.

The Conway location spans 5,742 square feet and includes a 1,364-square-foot covered patio, offering plenty of space for both indoor and outdoor dining. For those who prefer to enjoy Chuy’s from home, curbside to-go service is also available. The restaurant will be open seven days a week, from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., ensuring plenty of opportunities to savor its vibrant Tex-Mex offerings.

One of the standout features of every Chuy’s location is its eclectic and quirky décor, and the Conway spot is no exception. The walls will be adorned with neon signs and colorful vinyl booths, creating a lively and fun atmosphere for diners. Above, the iconic Mil Pescado, a hand-painted wooden “school” of fish, will add an extra touch of whimsy, creating a space that’s both welcoming and visually interesting.

Chuy’s commitment to community extends beyond its food and décor. To mark the opening of its Conway location, the restaurant has partnered with Deliver Hope, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping teens navigate emotional and relational challenges. This collaboration is aimed at raising awareness for Deliver Hope’s mission while providing valuable support to local youth.

As Chuy’s opens its doors in Conway, both the restaurant and its community partners are excited to celebrate the new addition, offer fantastic Tex-Mex food, and contribute to the well-being of local teens. With its combination of delicious food, lively atmosphere, and community-focused spirit, Chuy’s is sure to become a go-to destination for both locals and visitors alike.
