Arkansas police arrest local man on multiple charges including rape kidnapping and aggravated burglary following an incident in Warren

Warren, Arkansas – Authorities in Arkansas have arrested a local man on serious criminal charges following an incident earlier this week. Special agents with the Arkansas State Police (ASP) confirmed that 50-year-old Tilton Hill, a resident of Warren, is facing charges including rape, kidnapping, and aggravated burglary.

Hill was taken into custody on Friday, September 12, and his bond was set at $1 million. According to law enforcement, Hill was already being held at the Dallas County Detention Center on unrelated charges at the time of his arrest.

The charges stem from an incident that occurred on Wednesday, September 10. Officials said the Warren Police Department requested assistance from the ASP Criminal Investigation Division after receiving a 911 call from a resident on Pine Street. The caller was reportedly with a 20-year-old victim at the time of the call.

Authorities are treating the case as active and ongoing, with further investigation continuing into the circumstances surrounding the alleged crime. While details about the incident remain limited, officials emphasized that the arrest follows established investigative procedures and collaboration between local and state law enforcement agencies.
