After a significant snowstorm, Arkansans are cleaning up

Little Rock, Arkansas – In Little Rock, people are taking advantage of the two days since the last snowfall to ensure that their driveways and automobiles are clear for the coming week.

Dale Wallace, like many others, spent the day cleaning and claims that after spending the last two days indoors, he is finally prepared to resume his favorite pastime.

Wallace remarked, “I’m clearing space in my truck to put a bow back here. I bow hunt, and I’m hoping to fit a deer in.”

He claims that cleaning is not only his pastime but also for road safety.

“If you leave snow on it and drive on a highway, the wind has a way of blowing it off and onto people’s windshields, which can cause them to have a bad day,” Wallace stated.

“This is the best time to finish the job,” he says. Stuart Bogard, who lives in North Little Rock, concurs and even follows his own regimen.

“I went off and cleared a lot of parking lots because I’m fortunate enough to have a backhoe to play with,” Bogard remarked.

Bogard cleaned the front of his house after assisting his neighbors.

“The sun will take care of your rest if you remove the majority of it, so it’s just doing the basic upkeep that takes care of things,” Bogard stated.
