Little Rock, Arkansas – Arkansas residents now have a new way to access government services without visiting multiple websites or searching for the right state office. Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders has announced the launch of MyArkansas, a mobile application that brings more than 50 state services together in one place.
The app is available for download through the Apple App Store and Google Play, allowing residents to handle everyday government transactions, receive important reminders, and find state resources directly from their smartphones.
Sanders joined Department of Finance and Administration Secretary Jim Hudson at the state Revenue Office in Springdale to introduce the new service. Springdale was designated Arkansas’ capital for the day during the announcement.
The application was developed as part of the governor’s efforts to make state government more accessible and reduce the time residents spend navigating different agencies and websites.
“Arkansans have jobs to get to and families to take care of, and accessing state services should be a simple part of their day,” said Governor Sanders. “MyArkansas puts more than 50 state services in the palm of your hand, creating a more streamlined experience, whether it’s renewing tags or booking a stay at one of our beautiful state parks. This is another step toward building a state government that respects people’s time and works around their lives.”
MyArkansas provides access to several commonly used services, including vehicle registration renewals, hunting and fishing licenses, and reservations for lodging at Arkansas State Parks.
Residents can also check real-time wait times at state revenue offices before deciding when to visit.
Other features include requesting vital records and applying for an Education Freedom Account.
The application was developed in collaboration with Login.gov and connects users directly to official state services.
Beyond completing transactions, MyArkansas offers notifications and updates covering several important subjects.
These include emergency preparedness information, upcoming tax deadlines, license renewal reminders, and benefits eligibility.
The goal is to help residents stay informed about important government-related matters while keeping frequently used services accessible from one location.
Additional services are expected to become available through future updates.
According to the Department of Finance and Administration, the application is designed to eliminate some of the confusion residents may experience when trying to determine which government agency handles a particular service.
Instead of searching through separate department websites, users can open MyArkansas and find the service they need.
“Governor Sanders expects us to deliver first-class customer service, every time,” said Secretary of the Department of Finance and Administration Jim Hudson. “Through this new mobile app, Arkansans do not have to search multiple websites to find the appropriate department that offers a needed service. They can simply visit the app and find it immediately. I encourage all Arkansans to go to the app store for their mobile phone and download it today.”
Sanders directed the department to develop the application with the goal of providing access to state services around the clock.
That means residents can use the app to reach available online services outside traditional government office hours, although individual transactions may still involve separate processing requirements.
The launch also follows other initiatives introduced by the Sanders administration to improve government operations and reduce costs.
In July, Sanders launched the Arkansas Forward dashboard, an online resource that allows residents to track efforts to make state agencies more efficient.
The dashboard provides real-time information about more than 300 opportunities to reduce spending and improve services across Arkansas’ 15 cabinet-level executive departments.
According to the governor’s office, Arkansas Forward has identified approximately $135 million in estimated taxpayer savings and cost avoidance since the initiative began in 2024.
State officials expect that figure to reach $300 million by the end of 2030.
While Arkansas Forward focuses on government operations and financial efficiency, MyArkansas is designed to improve how residents interact with state agencies in their daily lives.

The new application represents another part of the administration’s broader effort to modernize public services through technology.
For Arkansas residents, the immediate change is having more than 50 government services available through a single mobile application, with additional features planned as development continues.
The state is encouraging residents to download MyArkansas and begin exploring the services currently available.
