Little Rock police actively search for Mark Lamont Harris in connection with a 2023 homicide on W 14th Street

Little Rock Police, Arkansas – The Little Rock Police Department is actively searching for Mark Lamont Harris, wanted in connection with a homicide that occurred last year. Authorities say the incident took place on December 20, 2023, along W. 14th Street, leaving the community seeking answers and justice for the victim.
