Little Rock, Arkansas – Residents of Little Rock have a unique opportunity to clean up and recycle a variety of materials at the first Little Rock Recycles Day of 2025, happening on Saturday, March 1. From 9 a.m. to noon, the Little Rock Zoo’s east parking lot will serve as the drop-off point for those looking to safely dispose of electronic waste, plastic bags, glass, old documents, and more.
This quarterly event is hosted by the City of Little Rock Sustainability Office, the Little Rock Zoo, and Keep Little Rock Beautiful, offering a convenient way for residents to clear out their homes and help protect the environment. In addition, electronic waste, including anything with a power cord (except refrigerators and window air conditioners), will be collected. For those with bicycles to recycle, the event also accepts these along with documents for secure shredding.
