Hot Spring County Sheriff pleads guilty to misleading federal officials

Hot Springs County, Arkansas – After deceiving an FBI investigation into drug-related operations, Hot Spring County Sheriff Scott Finkbeiner entered a guilty plea to Engaging in a Scheme to Conceal a Material Fact from a Governmental Agency.

When the FBI apprehended Finkbeiner on February 7, he was initially charged with six crimes.
