Xtreme Crossword ticket brings $75,000 win to North Little Rock woman

North Little Rock, Arkansas – A North Little Rock resident had a reason to celebrate ahead of the July Fourth festivities with a significant lottery win. Tanaya K., who claimed her prize at the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery Claim Center on July 5, won $75,000 with the $3 Xtreme Crossword instant game.

Winning Ticket

Tanaya purchased the winning ticket at Circle K #320, located at 1604 Pike Ave. in North Little Rock. The lucky winner, who usually plays lottery games only on her days off, decided to try her luck after seeing her dad win a few small prizes. Taking advantage of a shorter workday on July 3, she bought the Xtreme Crossword ticket and scratched it off at home.

To her astonishment, Tanaya’s ticket contained the 11 words needed to secure the $75,000 top prize. “It’s not real,” she initially thought, unable to believe her luck. Excited by the unexpected win, she shared the news with her father, a more frequent lottery player, who was equally surprised. “I’m the one who likes to play; she plays once, and she wins this big prize!” he exclaimed to lottery officials.

The father-daughter duo double-checked the ticket six times to ensure the win was legitimate. Tanaya’s father even marked the words in a notebook as she called them out, just to be certain. With their win confirmed, Tanaya eagerly awaited the reopening of the claim center after the holiday to claim her prize.

Tanaya plans to use her winnings to purchase a new vehicle for herself, buy necessities for her children, and get a gift for her father. Her big win has brought joy and practical benefits to her family.

Remaining Prizes

For those still hoping to win big, two $75,000 top prizes remain on the Xtreme Crossword instant game.
